Terms of Service

2. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly at ₹999 or yearly at ₹9,999 through Razorpay. Access continues until the end of the paid period; renewals are charged at the start of each cycle.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for maintaining valid drug licences and GST registration, and for complying with Schedule H, H1 and X record-keeping obligations in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You may not resell the service, attempt to access another tenant's data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful sale of medicines.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance wherever possible.
6. Limitation of liability
Medixtap is provided as a tool to support your operations. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect.
