Account details (name, email, phone), pharmacy details (business name, address, GST and drug licence numbers), and the operational data you enter such as products, batches, invoices, customers and suppliers.

2. How we use it
To operate your account, process billing and subscriptions, provide support, send transactional notifications, and improve reliability and performance of the platform.
3. Data isolation
Each pharmacy's records are isolated at the database level. Access is enforced by server-side security rules, so no other tenant can read or modify your data.
4. Patient and prescription data
Prescription records, including doctor and patient details captured for scheduled drugs, are treated as sensitive. They are accessible only to authorised users of your own pharmacy.
5. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store your full card number, CVV or banking credentials on our servers.
6. Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. On cancellation you may export your records; after the retention window the data is permanently deleted from our systems and backups.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by writing to support@sohailpos.com. We respond within a reasonable period.
